PRIVATE LESSONS
I have been teaching private lessons since 2008 and am currently available for lessons at my home studio in Bed-Stuy, as well as virtual lessons via Zoom. I have helped students achieve their goals.
What do students learn in a lesson?
Students work on a technique book, a lesson book/ performance book, music theory, ear training, sight reading, and sight singing. The lesson plan is tailored to each student's age and skill level.
I assist students in preparing for their music exams with ABRSM

What do students perform at the recital?
Students perform a wide variety of pieces at the recital, including classical compositions, musicals, ragtime, jazz, and pop music. The repertoire features works by composers such as Beethoven, Bach, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Chopin, and Scott Joplin, as well as artists like Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Joe Hisaishi, and more.
